2/3 day assessment after an on-campus interview/phone interview as the first round. Primarily look for the following skills/qualities:
Leadership
Innovative ideas
Bold in challenging your own ideas and thinking big (without being arrogant!)
Customer focus
collaborative work environment
The assessment includes some interviews, team games and case study which is very simple.
Focus is to identify a match between your skills and what Avery needs in a candidate.
Remember to be yourself and enthusiastic!
