I have been working at Avery Dennison full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great pay, friendly environment, work 182 days a year, full time benefits, decent work/life balance, good vacation accrue system, paid holidays/time off, etc. Just an excellent place to be all round.

    Cons

Summer gets a little warm, especially when we’re already working with molten polymer. Some nights are worse than others but overall the work;hard work ratio is pretty balanced.

    Advice to Management

Saving money is good but when you set unrealistic goals for the folks here and then take the results out of our bonus, it’s extremely disheartening. Raising the bar on profit is an understandable goal but taking it out of your people just doesn’t feel right. Great place to work nonetheless. I absolutely love my job.
