I applied online. I interviewed at Avangrid (New Haven, CT) in Jun 2020
Interview
I applied online in April. Took a couple weeks to hear back. They initially did a phone screen with the two managers. It was pretty friendly and went well (over the scheduled time). Took several more weeks to hear back but they invited me to do a case study presentation to 'executives' and provided me the scope and data to analyze. Despite some technical difficulties on their end (screen sharing), it went pretty well and they gave me immediate, positive feedback. Said that I would know more with a few days. Ended up taking several weeks to hear back. Was offered the position.
