Interview was conducted professionally. Staff was very succinct and straightforwards about the job description. However, there are some dishonesty about the job. After getting hired, Direct Care Staff handled a LOT more than what the job description stated.

They will ask how you would react in certain situations with clients and if you can show appropriate eating habits. They asked how well you can pay attention because you need to pay attention to clients behaviors. They will also go over appropriate client and staff relationships. You are friendly but not their friend.
