Interview
1st round was written test to check your grammatical skills.
2nd round was technical interview, if fresher then questions related to your project and if experienced then questions related to that.
3rd round was HR round, it was like scenario based (it wasn't typical HR round)
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Avalara (Pune)
Interview
You will need to give aptitude test and if you clear the test there will be 2 Rounds of interview. They will look for good communication and customer handling skills.
