Went through 5 interviews. Phone, DM, current Audiologist, DM, Regional Manager. After all that no call or email. Attempted to follow up multiple times, no response. I drove 3 hours each way to interview with RM and I don’t even get an email “Thanks, but no thanks.”? Very unprofessional.

Phone, District, Regional then flew to New Jersey. People were friendly but the bulk of the interview had to do with willingness to call people on the phone for hearing aid evaluations. Never any discussion about best practices or patient care. Many layers of management to go through to get hired.
