AutoClaims Direct interview questions

I meet with the CEO, my future supervisor and Human resources. They asked me several questions about myself and my skills. Then they told me what the job entails and expectations they expected from me as a Client Care Associate. After the interview I had the background check done, drug test, personality test and skills test. After the interview process they offered me the position a week later and I accepted it.

You are first a temp and are interviewed by the temp company, Premierhire. Then if they think you are a good fit, they set you up for an interview with Ken and Kelly who will go over the basics of the job and determine if you are a good fit for the office culture and the job.
