      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Autism Partnership (Quarry Bay) in Dec 2025

      Interview

They primarily inquired about our understanding of autism, including its core symptoms and typical age of diagnosis. They also explored the various therapeutic approaches available and sought our rationale for why we believe ABA is the most beneficial and evidence-based intervention for supporting individuals on the spectrum.

      Interview

The first-round interview was conducted in English with a group of six candidates. The interviewer posed questions for everyone to answer freely, and the overall atmosphere was quite friendly. The interview focused on personal character traits and lasted for about two hours, taking place in Lai Chi Kok. The content included self-introductions, your understanding of autism, your knowledge of ABA therapy, as well as some skill-based questions and related discussions.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Autism Partnership (Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon City) in Mar 2026

      Interview

The interview will be conducted entirely in Cantonese, usually 5-6 people a group, introduce yourself one by one.the interviewer will ask you some questions based on your Cv and past experience. If you are not very interested in this job, it is not recommended to apply becaz the interview process will be very awkward and take a long time. And I believe most applicants who apply will receive an invitation for an interview because they have a lot of candidates and will interview at short notice.
