      Managed Services Engineer Interview

      Jun 29, 2020
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Auth0 (London, England) in Jan 2020

      Interview

If you have lost hopes on recruitment process then you haven't met Auth0 recruitment team yet :) How many times you might have heard a recruiter saying that we will come back to you in future if we get more openings etc., but Auth0 is unique, if you are on the top candidates list and for some reason you were not offered the job for first time, then be assured that recruiter will get back to you in future if they open up more positions. This was exactly the scenario with me, they did come back! I applied through LinkedIn and was immediately approached by the recruiter over mail. Then on, the whole process went pretty smooth and this is the only interview where I dint had to follow-up with the recruiter on next steps. As soon as you finish your interview rounds you receive an immediate feedback and details on the next step. In Total, there were about 6 rounds that includes meeting with Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Technical Round, Technical Exercise, Team presentation where you need to present your technical exercise to the entire team that you might be working in future with and Finally Senior Director interview . I had to take 2 additional rounds since there was change in senior management chain but it all happens so fast that you wont realise the time :) Technical round usually revolves around your technical skill set and background. During your technical exercise, you will be added to team Slack channel where you get to interact with the team. The exercise given wouldnot take too long, should be complete within 2 days by dedicating 3-4 hours per day and you can approach team if you have any doubts. It again comprises use cases related to the application stacks used by the Auth0 product. I really enjoyed it as i got to learn few new concepts along with it. This will be followed by Team presentation. And if everything goes fine then you will have final round with Senior Director.

      Question 1

Mine was completely based on what I put in my resume. If you are honest in what you claim, you should not see any issue clearing it :)
