I have been contacted via email to move forward with an interview. Everything was scheduled via an online calendar service, which has been provide by the Recruiter. However, the day of the call the recruiter did not even call. I sent an email an hour earlier to confirm the call, but nothing. I even got email notification 1-week earlier, 3-day earlier, 1-day before the interview day and a notification couple of hours before the interview time. The next day, the recruiter came back with excuses. I replied back again, no answer. I wonder how serious can this company be ? I read all the culture values and promo buzz words on their website, but really they cannot even act professionally on scheduling an interview ? Do they even check who is recruiting and how they behave. Very poor experience.

Good process with different stages: personal, background, and code. They were thoughtful, organized, professional interviewers who communicated clearly, created a supportive environment, and ensured the experience felt fair and engaging throughout.

First a recruiter screen, then hiring manager meeting, then a take home test, and then a technical screen, and system design walkthrough. Followed finally by a meeting with the whole team.

2 llamados telefonicos, un zoom y una prueba tecnica, todo en ingles. esperan que conozcas la documentacion que provee la empresa y que minimamente puedas realizar al menos en mi caso una SPA con React y despues con Node donde utilices la autenticacion y conozcas los flujos de autenticacion.
