Applied for a software engineering role, got a take home coding challenge, completed and sent back to recruiter. Followed up to check if there's any feedback. Didn't get a reply on their end. Wait for 2 months only to be rejected. Spoke to other candidates who also applied for this role, it was not just me, others are also get ghosted by the same hiring manager.
