No interview hired on the spot, they were desperate to hire anyone. I didn't have to talk, just applied and they hired me. After taking the job I soon discovered why there was very little attention given to my qualifications, they are so unprofessional and disorganized that they really did not care what I was capable just that I was willing to work.
