Conducted over the phone call. This interview is typically with a recruiter or a member of the HR team. They will ask about your work history, skills, and motivations for applying. Be prepared to discuss your resume and provide examples of your experience. Later on they would arrange the face to face interview.

Received an invite for an online assessment. Its made up of a video interview where you answer three questions, a short work task and two multiple choice. All pretty straight forward and you have ample time to complete.
