Interview
After recruiter screening, had 3 calls - first with hiring manager, then with head of CS team, and finally with an Account Director. All the conversations were super repetitive but it was quick and efficient. I ended my final round on a good note, and was told I would be hearing from them in 1-2 days. I am still awaiting a decision from them but it has only been a few extra days.

it was three rounds, first two were informal, then the last one was 2 tech questions. the last round was like 2 hard leetcode questions with 15 mins to do each

Interview
Direct, easy going and interpersonal focus. The interviewer focused on getting to know me and understanding how I would approach a technical issue. It was very easy to get along with the interviewer, great communication skills is a primary focus here.
