The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Audio Network (London, England)
Interview
I had an interview with HR, two separate interviews with different management, and then a presentation. The process took over 3 months, I waited a week and a half after my last interview (which was apparently final round) to say I was going to take another job, I didn't even get an email back, as if they were annoyed. The process was long and ultimately unprofessional given the amount of time I put into the process with no answer in sight.
Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry that the hiring process was not a positive one. If you would like to get in touch at people@audionetwork.com, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your interactions further and build on giving individuals a positive experience with Audio Network - helping us to learn, improve and grow.
Initial CV submission. Following this, two rounds of video interviews. The first involved a data task and presentation. Second was just a conversation. Video calls as process was during Covid, would imagine they are normally in person.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Audio Network
Interview
Received an email for a first interview, the first round one went great and was informed that I would be contacted for a second round soon. Two weeks go by and I receive an email for the second interview, the second interview goes great, possibly the best back and forth I've had with people during an interview.
I assumed I would at least have a courtesy email after a second round of interviewing. At one point a few weeks after, I was informed that I would hear in a few days either way and I never did.
I don't usually write these reviews but this one stung a little bit. Everyone was seemed super nice, but the execution was terrible and I didn't expect that from this company.
