Interview
Do not apply to this company, unless of course, you are looking forward to being swindled by a group of unscrupulous and deceptive individuals who select you for the position, don't give you an offer letter for three weeks and then at the end tell you that they've got a guy referred to them who has more experience than you.
Ever heard of something called honesty? scrupulousness? Honestly, I won't even recommend this to my worst enemy. Thank you Audible Magic, for wasting my precious time that I could have spent looking for some other opportunity. If that's the way how you guys operate, I feel sorry for the guy who got selected.

Interview
The interviewing/hiring process went extremely smooth. All the questions I had were promptly answered in a very honest and open manner. Communication was excellent. The entire experience reaffirmed my decision to join the company. Thanks to Shawn Paulson for going above and beyond.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Did anyone seem standoffish? (paraphrased) I had never been asked a question like that before.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Audible Magic (Los Gatos, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview process is pretty streamlined. The first round is with the recruiter who will ask questions on you career interests and current role. Once you are brought onsite, you will have a chance to meet with developers, engineering manager and recruiter on site. They would like to know about your past experiences and how you tackled a particular problem with a solution for the same. Try to understand the product as some questions would be on similar lines.
