Phase 3: Technical review with 5 team members Result : Very positive feedback - Ok to continue the recruitment process. Phase 4 and 5: Two interviews, one with a product manager and one with the CTO Result : Very positive feedback - Ok to continue the recruitment process. After 10 days of silence. I receive an email informing me that they do not want to follow up on my application, saying that the salary requested with my salary expectations is not convenient for them. And at the end of the email they wish me good luck in my job search. And then nothing more. The recruitment process ended abruptly without making me an offer. Without giving me any logical explanation. This is not a professional attitude at all. I invested a lot in this recruitment process and in the end I got a refusal with no logical explanation to motivate their choice. If you are applying for a company, know that you are wasting your time. No respect for the candidates.
