Met with a lot of people, however did not end up working with the majority of them. Process was fairly streamlined and well put together with a full day of interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at Attainia (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2021
Interview
Phone screen with technical questions, then interview deciphering code and asked to complete some code. Two interviewers, nice guys and allowed pseudocode to be used for the coding parts. Python for the syntax questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Attainia (Scottsdale, AZ) in Sep 2017
Interview
I had a recruiter who set me up for the interview. It took about a month to finally be contacted by Attainia. I had a hangouts interview with the director of engineering, and after an hour and a half of questions around coding concepts, we finished up. I was contacted within a couple of days for an onsite interview starting in the afternoon. The onsite interview was with the director of engineering and the director of devops, and was chock full of questions about my experience, in-depth. I was asked to come back the next afternoon and meet the team and product owners.
