I was invited for an interview with the team not realizing I was from out of state. Went to the interview and to save time, they decided to do a second interview with me on the spot to be convenient and respectful to the fact that I was coming from 8 hours away. Standard interview. I first met with the management of the team and was your basic interview, tell me about your background, why do you want to work here, what interests you about the position etc. From there they found out I was from out of state and asked if I had time to do a second interview (which I said of course). Second interview was with other members of the team to (in my opinion and what I got from it) make sure I would be someone they could work with and that I would be compatible with them, I.E. a good culture fit. Communication was great. I received an offer in a timely manner and they allowed me plenty of time to decide (being a recent graduate) . Overall it was a very positive experience.
