The interview process was swift, I got a call within 24h of applying for the position of Customer Service Agent.
During this initial call, I was asked questions about my background and given general information about the position.

I was asked about my English level, educational background and past experiences in the field (though I did not have previous experience as a call agent, it was not considered a hindrance).

Molto professionale il personale di selezione.

Interview
Very simple, two-step interview. The first one is an introductory group call and the second is a one-on-one call. Both are with an HR specialist. The instructions were clear and all questions were appropriately answered.
