The first round was a coding challange which took around 1.5h. After that I had a "live" coding challenge. Finally I had some chitty chatter about their "values". At the very end I got notify that I was accepted and they wanted me to sign the paper the next day without me knowing any details. Ultimately, they ghosted me for few days and told me they found somebody "stronger", even though they told me that I was already in. Overall, they don't follow their own values that they are talking about all the time
