I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian

1. Applied online 2. Reached out by Talent Partner for initial conversation. Discussed team expectations, interview timeline, what candidate is looking for and things seem to align. 3. Gave the first round, system design interview 4. Good feedback on first round. Technical recruiter reaches out for next step but the role doesn't fit anymore. The team expectations have changed from what was discussed earlier esp. the programming language, years of experience required in a particular technology. 5. Ghosted
