It really leaves you confused when the company that you really want to work for leave you with the interview experience as bad as this one was for me. I spoke to 3 people and none of the interviewers were prepared for what they were interviewing me for. Mind it, I am not complaining that they did not put any effort in looking through my resume even 5 mins before the call, they did not even put any effort to connect with hiring manager on what she was looking for in potential candidate. They literally had a cross talk during my interview if either of them knew what the expectations were. BIG red flag at least for the specific role/ team I spoke to
