Interview
The initial call was set up with the hiring HR to understand the profile of the candidate with various aspects like challenges, roles and responsibilities, and future aspects that the candidate is looking out for. Which is quite good to have as it helps to understand what the JD is all about.
Post discussion 2 rounds of interviews are set up, browser coding and JS coding.
Browser coding is to develop an HTML element based upon the requirement.
JS coding is to check the strength of candidates in JS (not typical JS question more of implementation that we generally use.)
Since was not able to clear the above rounds, but it was great that HR came back with the feedback so the candidate can improve going forward for future opportunities at Atlassian.
