Interview
I was contacted by Recruiter, 30 mins intro call with recruiter.
Next step was Telephonic technical interview, was asked LeetCode Medium.
Same day was contacted to recruiter for next step onsite and was introduced to another recruiter. But since I was planning to travel I asked if its okay to interview once am back and they said thats fine.
Once I was back I reached out to both recruiters and found out 1st recruiter was not working any longer. Second recruiter did not reply for more than a month. Finally got a response and talked on call, where recruiter asked me why it took me so long to contact them back, while clearly they did not reply back for 2 months. Next day I got a rejection mail. If they were not ok waiting could have let me know I would have interviewed before traveling.
Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
Nice interviewer but i did not get an offer. good experience anyway i think.
I have heard good things about the company culture so i think it would be a good place to work
