Interview
Connected with a recruiter and had an introductory call (talked about myself and Atlassian values etc.). I was then sent a coding challenge in which you needed to pass two out of 5 problems. First one was leetcode easy, second one a hard leetcode medium. Had about 10 min left to try another but the third one definitely would've taken at least another 30 minutes.
After you pass the coding challenge you get a technical phone screen by an engineering manager.
Final: Two video calls:
1) In-depth about one of your projects for 45 minutes
2) General tech fundamentals and OOP/general tech questions
Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
Nice interviewer but i did not get an offer. good experience anyway i think.
I have heard good things about the company culture so i think it would be a good place to work
