I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian in Jan 2018
Interview
Video interview with a recruiter (have to schedule interesting times b/c recruiters are sometimes based in Sydney and Philippines), then moved on to second round interview with one of the managers at the SF office.
Round 1 interview was standard; "tell me about what's on your resume" type of deal. Round 2 interview was more specific and dives into whether you're a fit with the company culture. I interviewed for product marketing, so there was a question about how I would define product marketing. Some resume questions here and there too.
