      Interview

I applied online and was then contacted by the recruiter in few days time. Interview process: - online link of hackerrank with 5 questions to solve in 90 mins (not reasonable to solve within that time frame, but you will be good to get the next interview call if you answer 2 out of 5, and makie sure to attempt the remaining one's too) - Next round is with the Head of Engg for 45 mins telephonic..All questions were related to my resume and QA process in general.. He even made it clear to me that they develop code using Java (no python is involved). i knew at that point that I will not be contacted for the next round

      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2021

      Interview

I applied through a recruiter. There was a technical screening round, which lasted 45 mins, passed that. Then they moved me forward with the virtual onsite. This was around 6 hours long. After the final interview, the recruiter asked me to provide them their feedback/survey, which I did. After that they told me they wouldn’t move forward, I asked for a feedback, and was ghosted. As they asked me for their feedback, even if they can’t share my feedback, atleast the recruiter should have responded with “sorry we can’t provide any feedbacks?” The recruiter was a little hard to work with, and barely responded to emails.
