The interview process just took too long. They have 5 interviews. 1) Online test 2) Phone screening 3) Technical Interview 4) Pair Programming 5) Manager Interview. I was only up to the third interview. You have to go to the last interview in order to see your "manager". So before that the interviewers couldn't give you any details about the job, the project, and the team details. So I chose to give negative about the interview process. Don't only prepare the interview based on the JD. Interviewers may ask some "out of scope" questions. I was asked to "Redux" questions but that's not on the JD.
