I had a disappointing experience working with their contracting recruiter from Talentful who was supporting Atlassian. Our first meeting was rescheduled on the same day, and when the new time arrived she did not show up. After that she stopped responding altogether. A short time later she reached out again to interview me for a similar role. She joined that call five minutes late and never acknowledged the earlier missed meeting or the lack of communication. She also mentioned that she would provide an update by the end of the week, but no follow up ever came. Overall the experience felt unprofessional and created unnecessary frustration for a candidate trying to engage seriously in the process.
