AtlanticCare interview questions

Great interviews. 3 in total. One with recruiter then with manager. Lastly a group interview with the team. Very pleasant. Recruitment team reached out within a few days with an offer.

Panel interview. Usually with the manager you would be working with and other managers of similar units (in my case, there were other critical care unit managers). They each introduced themselves and asked me to introduce myself. They asked what my experience level was and what I could bring to the table. We discussed what the position entailed and was expected of the position.
