My interview with my hiring manager lasted about forty minutes and I was asked normal interview questions such as "What steps did you take to resolve a workplace conflict?" and "Describe a time where you went above and beyond for a customer". I also already knew my hiring manager because I would deliver deposits for my previous job so it was very easy talking to her since I was comfortable.
