Question 1
Where do you live?
Do you have experience of editing videos?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atlanta Humane Society (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2022
Interview
I was contacted first for a brief phone screening which went well. The HR representative was friendly. I passed this round and was then scheduled for a phone interview with the doctor. Once that time arrived, HR contacted me to reschedule for an hour later. The interview went well and I came in for a working interview. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would describe the interview in person as less working and more observed. I was not really given any tasks. However, after the interview and attempting to follow up, I was not contacted for a rejection or acceptance, which is pretty unprofessional. Despite it happening at many places, employers ghosting a candidate is a huge turn off that leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I would actively advise some to avoid this company because of that. Employers need to live up to communication standards they expect from candidates.

Question 1
How would you handle someone asking for more than we can provide?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atlanta Humane Society (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online and got an email a few days later from the admissions manager with details about the position, followed by a brief phone interview. Had one, moderately difficult, in-person interview with both the admissions and the animal care managers lasting around 30 minutes. It was a fairly standard interview with questions from a packet. After the in-person interview, there was a working interview (pretty standard for that kind of position) that lasted a full workday. It was paid, which was a pleasant surprise compared to my last job. Less than a week later I was offered the job.

Question 1
The organization is undergoing a lot of changes and their main concern seemed to be less about all the interview questions and more about my fit with the company culture and my willingness to adapt to change. Asked me standard questions regarding strengths, weaknesses, and also asked how I would deal with a policy I disagreed with.
