Interview
I was initially contacted via email by an in-house recruiter. After I replied, he scheduled a date/time around my schedule for an initial 20 minute phone screen. About 1 week after the phone screen, I was invited in for a subsequent in-person interview. I then interviewed with 3 managers at the facility - was asked all different types of questions. Very laid back experience, and I got a much better feeling for the practice.
