Interview
Two rounds of interviews and a site visit. First interview was on zoom with HR and the second was in person with project managers. Everyone was friendly and the interview was pretty straight forward.

Walk me through your resume, why do you want to work in construction, how did I become interested in the construction field
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Atkinson Construction in Feb 2024
Interview
A career fair meeting followed by a few weeks wait. Afterwards an interview with a recruiter.
Finally with an interview with a senior at the company. Then a three week waiting period till I received an offer. With an additional four week waiting period until receiving a location and assignment.
