Applied online and invited to interview after 2 weeks. Interview began with 30 minute written technical assessment on geotechnical understanding (site investigation, soil mechanics and applications). This was followed by conventional questions on my CV and my experience.

A fifteen minute phone call discussing the available role, followed by a two-to-one interview at the Atkins office in Epsom. Despite assurance of contact within one week I received no feedback.
