hiring manager took the time to listen to what I wanted in a career. They asked typical questions pertaining to my previous experience. what college I went to and what are my extra curricular activities. also if I would be willing to relocate at any time. all questions were what I expected as I had interviewed with several other companies.

What are your special interests in physical therapy, if you have any?
1 The recruiter will call you for a phone screen. Around 30 minutes.
2 The regional director will interview you.
3 You will go to the clinic and shadow in the clinic for 1 hour to see how the clinic operates. Then the clinic manager will do the interview.
I received my result after 2 weeks.

Easiest interview I’ve had. Phone interview is the first step of the process. Then in person interview with a panel of peers. Contacted within a week with a job offer.
