Interviewed in person and via telephone, starting in May. Was told they were extending an offer letter, which never materialized. I reached out multiple times, only to be told they were working on it, and I would receive it shortly. This went on for 2 weeks. I then reach back out and am told they don't have any hours, are not sure where the hours went and would I like to work there at holiday, which is December (it's now June). The process was very unorganized, and I am not sure why you are advertising both online and in the store for help when it's quite clear neither manager had a clue as to what their actual hiring needs were.
