Interview
I gave the interviews in Nov 2019. Process included multiple rounds. First was telephonic round around CV and giving info about the role. Next set of rounds were at Ather office in Bangalore. As soon as I reached, I was a given a laptop for a case study round that was around writing and responding to mails after missing a deadline for a deliverable. Mainly aimed at evaluating ability to manage unfavourable situation and stakeholders. As soon as the round was over I got a 10 minute break during which the interviewers will read your responses. Next interview was with hiring manager and DGM around the case and CV. This was a stress interview with an enactment of a meeting with angry business stakeholder and development team manager based on the situation in the case. This was followed by 3 more rounds with peers, engineering manager and HR. Questions were all basic situation of managing programs and teams.
After completing all the rounds, I was asked to submit my current job and salary documents and was told that the decision will be taken in 2 working days. But I have followed up with them for around 8-10 times now in next 3 months and the HR neither responds to mail or pick up the call. Seemed extremely unprofessional from HR (POPs team) after good interview experience.
