Horrible experience. Single interviewer (not a panel) who was the hiring manager that's just joined the company 1-3 months ago, moving from Australia to London. I was asked math questions including energy equations and some scenarios

Calculate some energy consumption of a tower of x floors on some assumptions given to me by the interviewer. On the spot and undeclared test that was completely unexpected, which in real life is an open-book exercise

The supervisor was very engaged and encouraging, the overall vibe was good, the question They asked was very close to your major. Be prepared for your resume and work portfolio
Zoom interview for screening about 30 min.
Technical interview for 1 hour in the following weeks. Mainly focus on the project did before and software skills
On-site interview to meet the team members and office
