The interview process consists of a relatively long phone interview that also allows you to ask questions and an in-person interview at the headquarters. There will be a job shadow if you are interested.
I applied online. After a couple of days they contacted me over the phone for a phone interview and asked a few questions to make sure i was the right fit. Later in the day i was contacted again and they scheduled a zoom interview. The zoom interview wasn't too bad but they asked a lot of sales questions and scenario questions.

Interview
It starts with an over the phone initial interview. Once you get through that, there's a roughly 1 hour interview that you will go through. The employees interviewing you are very passionate about the work they do, so that is something you will see. It is comfortable to go through, but not necessarily easy, so do some interview prep!
