I applied in-person. I interviewed at At Home in Sep 2018
Interview
It wasnt really much of an interview. I went into the store asking if they were hiring, was then introduced to the store director who took me into his office and just explained what the position was and asked if I was interested.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at At Home (Norcross, GA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Roughly 30 minute discussion getting to know the candidate, usually the store director is the person conducting the interview. The SD will get to know you and gauge your personality and ask you a few situational probing questions.

Question 1
What would you bring to the table if I were to bring you in as a cashier?
Easiest interview I had in my life. They just asked my availability because I was in school and the manager was very honest and transparent about the job and what I’d be doing.

Question 1
What is your availability?
What department would you want to work?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at At Home (Riverdale, UT) in May 2019
Interview
I found the position listed on indeed and applied. They got back to me quickly and scheduled an interview at the store. The interview itself was laid back and easy--mainly, they want to know if you can respond positively to difficult customers and if you're comfortable selling the At Home credit card.
