At Home Care Group interview questions

Walked in and was greeted by the person I've been corresponding with. Conducted interview in there small lobby area, which was casual. I was asked to fill out an job application and put down what you are willing to do and we match you to clients. I asked, would I be given full time employment. Another person sitting at the desk said, hardly any one gets full time employment. Was told that she at the desk does all the scheduling. I asked, what type of clients do you serve. Was told, mostly seniors ( I knew that wasn't so). If you are only looking for part time employment then maybe this might be alright for you. Didn't like: Can't guarantee full time employment. Didn't come forward regarding the types of clients they serve. Lack of information on there part, could put you in an unsafe environment.
