It was a face to face interview with the lead developer. He was really good at coding. But they did not actually test my skills. He explained me the project from end to end, with all the technical stuff which was quire boring.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Assured Performance Network (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Completely below average. The company doesnt have much interest in taking care of their staff. The interviews are baseless and dont weed out poor quality co-workers. Hiring is terrible. Dont expect any training, and you will not be nurture up or developed by the company, its basically sink or swim and they utilize a abomination of a proprietary CRM.

Question 1
There werent any. The interviews were bland. This place hired a bunch of poor workers, probably because anyone could do better than their starting salary.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Assured Performance Network (Irvine, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
I applied for the position via an ad listed on Craigslist and had a brief phone interview within a week after. We scheduled an in-person interview. The email confirming the interview had no details, including no company name, no position title, no recommendation to arrive significantly early to fill out an application. I arrive at the interview and discover the only parking lot requires you to pay, and then when I get to the office they need me to fill out an application unexpectedly. The interview with a representative from HR and the hiring manager was brief. The interview consisted of me explaining my resume to them point by point, and the hiring manager was very rude and did not pay any attention to my answers. She spent the entire interview either looking confused or staring out the window behind me. They did not ask me any questions beyond my resume. They told me they would be making a decision by the end of the week, and I received a rejection email several days later. It was a waste of my time.
