I had an interview with the recruiter, who explained the role and the company in detail, and was enthusiatic about my profile and said she would propose me to the hiring manager. 3 days later I received a standard 'system' rejection with no details. When I tried to contact to gather some feedback she didnt bother to reply. Not a very human centered organisation.
