Interview
The interview process went very smoothly. She made me very comfortable, and of course, considering the type of work it is -taking care of elderly/ disabled/, person in their home-there were very detailed, to the point questions. Also, there were some "light moments", making me feel that this would be a great company to work with. It was obvious she first, cared about her clients, and the caregiver she would assign to make sure they would be comfortable with each other.

What was my most difficult situation with a patient at previous job. A patient slapped my face. She thought I was her grand daughter, and had gotten into trouble. She had dementia.
