A very well organised and detailed interview process. It started with AMCAT test having various questions related to various responsibilities and then rounds of personal interaction with respective managers and HR.

AMCAT is must to give, which is a basic aptitude test, module may vary depending upon the position applying for.
Post clearing AMCAT there will be 1 on 1 discussion with the HR/Head of Business, and if the role is critical then there could be a round with the management as well
