I came up to Chicago because I was living out of state at the time. I had an in-person interview scheduled. I met with the director and then they gave me a tour of the building where I would be working. Then they called me and offered me the job. It was a direct and straightforward process.

Interviewed with a supervisor. The interviewer was thorough and they asked a lot of questions. It was overall a friendly environment and it felt conversational. They answered my questions thoroughly and ensured that I had enough time to get to know them and vice versa.
