Easy 2 part interview where they are looking for you to show you are passionate and can talk to people. They want you to care about your students. They will ask about your previous work experience, tough situations and how you handled them, what you are looking for in a job and a career.

Interview
The company usually gives a simple phone interview with basic interview questions before offering an in person interview. After you successfully pass this step you are offered an in person interview with the hiring manager and possibly a few others.
I was offered the job several hours after leaving the in person interview.
