They talk to you on the phone and send you an "OFFER" then when you accept the offer they DEMAND YOU GIVE THEM BUSINESS BEFORE YOU ARE HIRED, on the payroll. And if you decline to give them business before you are on the payroll they tell you something negative came up on your driving record. I have a SPOTLESS driving record. I have worked for Fortune 100 companies and NEVER have I been told you need to PROVE yourself BEFORE you are hired.
Why not just be honest and say it is a 1099 role!!!
These people are the lowest form of scum on EARTH!!!

It was nothing. Just a short discussion about the business , and the type of business you would bring to the company. I have nothing else to say - the interview was a joke

Interview
Initially a recruiter will get in touch with you to do a pre-screening. Then the hiring manager will call you 2 to 4 times to have sporadic and brief conversations on your experience and ask questions that speaks to your personality and how you handle difference scenario's.

They will want you to have business coming with you and will ask if you have customers to bring over. They will expect you to book business the first week after training.
